TOURISM at the Abbaye d'Hambye in Normandy

The Manche, a land of abbeys, a land of history that is discovered in its many sites and places to visit near the Auberge de l’Abbaye: Avranches, guardian of the mysterious manuscripts of Mont Saint-Michel (30 km) ; Saint-Lô, prefectural city with its national stud farm (25 km); Coutances, its cathedral, its jazz festival (20 km); Villedieu-les-Poêles, capital of copper with its bell foundry (15 km).

As for nature, hiking, biking and horseback riding will take you into unspoilt Normandy where fans can also go climbing.

A few kilometers from Hambye, the long sandy beaches of Agon Coutainville, Granville, the "Monaco du Nord" with its fishing port and Christian Dior Museum (30 km), water sports, fishing and of course the Bay of Mont Saint-Michel!
